CHAIROBICS
A seated based exercise class for all levels.

LATINA DANCE
An energetic dance based fitness class similar to Zumba.
Tuesdays: – 5:30 - 6:30pm

Floor/ Mat based work out to tone up and improve targeted body areas.
Wednesdays: – 1.30 - 2.30pm








TAI CHI
A gentle marshal arts based work out suitable for all levels. Good for the mind as well as the body.

PILATES
Pilates is a focused class that helps to improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility and core muscle groups. Can be adapted to all levels either floor or chair based.
Wednesdays: – 3:00 - 4:00pm








YOGA
Viniyoga is a personalised approach to Yoga designed to meet individual needs. Breath work is a central part of this style and is inclusive to all. Benefits to whole body and mind.
Fridays: – 11:30am - 12.30pm
